Sample Containers: For your convenience, sample containers are provided by Platte Valley Laboratories at no additional cost to you.

Cloth and paper soil bags are available with information sheets for soil sampling.   Water bottles are provided for nitrate testing or household analysis.   Feed and plant sample bags and fertilizer containers are also available.  Contact the lab to obtain the supplies you need.

Turnaround Time: Platte Valley Laboratories guarantees quality results with quick turnaround time.

Agricultural results are typically mailed within two working days of sample arrival.  With prior notice, emergency samples may be completed within 24 hours of sample receipt.  We would be happy to E-mail or fax results in addition to the results you will receive through the mail.

Pricing: Platte Valley Laboratories has developed a very competitive pricing structure.

Strategic pricing is one of the factors that has made Platte Valley Laboratories successful.  Consultants and dealers receive a 10% discount off our regularly low prices.  Additionally, all consultants and dealers are eligible for a 20% discount for regular, repetitive business.  This discount will apply after we have received $5,000 of your sampling within a year.   Nearly half of our clients receive the discount by year-end!  Savings are substantial when these discounts are applied.

For your convenience, we will also carry your account balances seasonally rather than monthly.  No interest is charged on your account, so fall sampling invoices can be paid with one check in January.
