HOW IMPORTANT IS SAMPLE PREPARATION?

Results vary from lab to lab because of several different factors.  It starts with the drying process - since moisture content varies, so does drying time.  The above are the exact same sample; one has been properly prepared for analysis, the other was rushed through the drying process.  If turnaround time is your #1 priority when choosing a laboratory, think again.
